We have some very exciting news to share with you!

Effective April 2, 2013, MEDSource One will be relocating our current Sweet Valley Drive location in Valley View, OH to:

5350 Transportation Boulevard, Suite 3, 
Garfield Hts. 44125

The new location offers us a brand new space with convenient highway access that allows employees quicker access to our facility. Plus, it is just minutes from our Sweet Valley Drive location.

Our clinic phone number will continue to be (216) 328-2240 and our only clinic fax number will be (216) 642-7945 (this is our previous administrative fax number). *Please make note that our previous clinic fax number, 216-642-7980, will no longer be used after March 30.

Clinic business hours will remain unchanged: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

In order to make the move to the new location, our Valley View clinic will be closed on Friday, March 29 and we will not begin to see patients in our new office until Tuesday, April 2.

In addition to our move to a new location, we will be making some changes to the Occupational Health Services that we offer. Beginning April 2, we will no longer provide work injury care. We will also no longer be providing urgent care services to the community. These changes will allow us to have a more dedicated focus to core Occupational Health Services, including work-related physical examinations, substance testing, immunizations, regulatory compliance evaluations and Independent Medical Evaluations.

These changes will also allow us to dedicate more resources to Sports Medicine. As always, we will be available to do sports physicals and to treat sports-related injuries, including concussions. In the near future, we will also be announcing some exciting changes to our concussions management program, so stay tuned.
